I think Houston has a lot of potential. Would love UH and UT in ACC :)

Just throw in Oklahoma and 1 or 2 others between (OSU, WVU, Kansas, Tulane, TCU, Baylor, K State, Iowa State). That creates a nice North, East, South, and West setup for the ACC where teams can focus more games on their regions.
